Assessment shall be due and payable on the first day of each billing period and shall be past due on the 30th day.
Interest at the rate of 10% per annum shall be added to the assessment if not paid before the 30th of the last month of
the billing period.
Assessments shall be deemed to be paid current if post marked on or before the last day of the month.
A past due notice shall be mailed on the last day of the month for all past due accounts.
Payments of assessments shall be accepted, but privileges to use amenities will be denied until all back payments and
interest is paid in full.
The following action shall be taken with regard to delinquent assessments:
A lien shall be filed on any account six (6) months past due, unless foreclosure is imminent.
Voting rights and amenities shall be denied to owners until the assessments and all other funds due are paid current.
A list of Coast to Coast Members of L.L.V. whose assessments are 90 days past due will be sent to Coast to Coast
stating they are delinquent and not in good standing.
No owner may waive nor otherwise escape liability for the assessments provided for herein by non-use of the common
area or abandonment of his lot.
