| The beginning! Gary started off by marking off his lot with stakes - he used a metal detector and followed the plat map to ensure that he had the exact location of his lot. You can also call in a survey company to survey and mark out a lot. Gary did all of his own lot clearing (with a little help from friends) and a chain saw. Most of the brush he cut down and burned himself. |
