All campers must register at entrance to subdivision and notify us upon departure.
Speed limit is 5 MPH. Park in designated areas and do not block roadways.
Pets must be on a leash at all times. No pets in pool and recreation areas. Clean up after your pets, and do not leave
them unattended to disturb others.
Please help keep our Village clean. Put trash in proper receptacles only.
No children under 13 years of age allowed in swimming pools unless accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older.
QUIET HOURS are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors at all times.
NO FIREARMS DISCHARGED IN THE PARK.
Guests are allowed to use the campground parking space “only when accompanied by a property owner,” and upon
available space. Guests will be required to pay additional fees of $10.00/day for use of these facilities.
Lake Livingston Village will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal property.
No vehicle is to be left unattended in the campground, more than (24) hours.
Any person, be it member or guest, who defaces or destroys LLV property or equipment will be held liable for repairs or
replacement. Such violations can constitute grounds for suspension of privileges.
Anyone using LLV facilities, does so at their own risk.
Off-road vehicles will not be allowed in LLV.
