The on-site Association Manager will maintain direct control of and have direct responsibility for this equipment.
Four keys for each vehicle will be produced and issued as follows:
Three issued to the on-site manager, one of these to be checked out to the maintenance person and one given to a designated Member of the Board.
One set issued to the Members Service Rep. at the main entrance. To be released only by authority of on-site manager or designated Board Member.
No person will be permitted to operate any equipment until indoctrinated and cleared by either the on-site Manager or the key holding Board Member.
Any person seen abusing any equipment or vehicle should be reported to the Board of Directors.
These vehicles are to be used for Association business exclusively, i.e.:
Trash pick up. Inspection of grounds and buildings by on-site manager. Association activities, regarding maintenance, landscaping, etc. Off-site movement of vehicle will be confined to arrangements for maintenance or repair, taking trash to dump, etc., and each off-site trip must be authorized only by on-site manager or designated Board Member. Mowers are for Association grass cutting use only. MAINTENANCE: Preventive and scheduled maintenance will be performed in accordance with instructions contained in the vehicles owners manual. The on-site manager may determine that either preventive or regular maintenance should be performed prior to regularly scheduled maintenance and may order this done. All maintenance reports will be kept current and filed in the on-site manager’s office. The pick-up truck, tractor and mowers will be inspected thoroughly once every week, this inspection to be supervised by either the on-site manager or the designated member of the Board of Directors. A detailed report of vehicle maintenance will be included as an agenda item at each scheduled monthly Board meeting. VEHICLE CONTROL: Reckless driving will be subject to suspension of members voting privileges and use of the amenities for up to 60 days. VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION:
No motor vehicle may be operated within the subdivision except on;
The dedicated streets within the subdivision as shown on the recorded plat thereof,
The paved and designated parking areas at the recreation areas.
No dirt biles, trail bikes, or other off-road motor biles of any kind may be operated within the subdivision under any circumstances. Motor bikes which are equipped so as to be legal for operation on public streets may be operated within the subdivision but only within those areas set out under sub-paragraph above.
Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not allowed on-site except with special written permission from the Board of Directors.
TOWING:
Authority is given to the on-site manager to arrange for the removal by a commercial towing firm, any vehicle which has been established as clearly in violation of the parking, abandonment or visual provisions of the LLV By-Laws. Cost of removal will be at the expense of the owner/operator of subject vehicle.
